What is it costing you by not being Endo Confident?
Are you leaving money at the door by under-diagnosing or refering out endodontic cases you could be performing yourself?
Are you spending too much time on endodontic procedures either because your endodontic systems are not efficient or you are selecting cases beyond your skill level?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, Master Class Endo in-office training may be right for you!
Read below for details about how Dr. Paula Elmi and the Master Class Endo™ System can help you.
Does this sound like you?
Are you worried when deep decay “pulps out” and you know a root canal treatment is necessary?
Are you overwhelmed at the thought of rotary instrumentation, the dreaded rubber dam, and all those endo files?
It’s bad enough that many patients are already fearful of being at the dentist, and when they are told a root canal is needed, their blood pressure goes up, just increasing your anxiety.
Master Class Endo can help you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Master Class Endo different?
Dr. Paula Elmi and Master Class Endo strive to provide training courses where you receive REAL, "high touch," no BS training located in an office setting. There is no need to wade through hundreds of videos and thousands of pages of literature to become proficient in endo. Leave the wading of information to Paula and she will pass on the clinical pearls and wisdom to you in an efficient and systematic way.
Also, because the Master Class Endo trainings are "high touch," meaning the courses are small group or 1:1, we can be flexible with our time and spend more time in areas that you need more help with, while decreasing time in areas that you may already be proficient.
Finally, Paula will only make recommendations for instruments and products that she has extensive clinical experience with, truly believes in, and uses herself.
You say the courses are given in an office setting. Who's office are the courses given in?
Another thing that sets Master Class Endo apart is where the courses are held. I believe setting up the training as closely to how you will be delivering your treatment is extremely important, so the Master Class Endo trainings are brought to you!
What does that mean? Well if you purchase a 1:1 training course, the course will be held in your office. If you purchase a small group training, that course can be held at your office or one of your colleagues.
What happens if you or your colleagues who are interested in the course don't have an office? Don't worry. We can set up the course at a convenient Southern California location.
Do I have to have strong skills in endodontics before taking this class?
No! Due to the fact that this course has an extremely low faculty to student ratio, it can and will be customized to your starting level. All levels are welcome!
What if I want to talk to you to see if the course is right for me before signing up. Is there a way to schedule that?
Absolutely! Not only is that ok, but I highly encourage it! Please fill out the contact form and a member of the team will be in touch with you about your endodontic needs.
