I know what you’re thinking.
I’m just another endodontist offering a “Mastering Endodontics from A-Z” type continuing education course.
That couldn’t be further from the truth.
I’m on a mission to make sure you have the Endo Confidence to implement the skills you learn in my endodontic training course into YOUR PRACTICE.
With over a decade of experience honing my endodontic skills, and my thirst for sharing my knowledge with others, I know I can help you implement endodontic skills into your practice, and INCREASE your bottom line.
Let me tell you the story about how Master Class Endo came into existence.
In my practice of saving teeth, it is not uncommon to come across fractured teeth that are not salvageable and need to be extracted. I’m sure you’ve had similar experiences.
Unfortunately, sometimes this is not apparent until the patient is profoundly numb, the treatment has been started, and the fractures are visualized under my microscope.
Imagine how I feel when I have this conversation with a patient:
Me, “I’m sorry, but your tooth is fractured and it will need to be extracted.”
Patient, “Ok, you know best. So are you going to do it now?”
Me, “Oh, I’m sorry, I just do root canal treatments and root canal related surgeries. But I don’t do extractions.”
Patient, “But, I’m already numb and I trust you. Can’t you just take my tooth out now?”
Argh!
Maybe you haven’t had that exact conversation with your patients, but I’m sure you’ve had similar experiences where decay has gone into the pulp and you need to send your patient off to the endodontist. You might want to keep those simpler cases, but you’re just not feeling confident or qualified enough. And to make things worse, your patient is practically begging you to do the work yourself.
Trust me, I know how you feel.
After too many of these patient conversations to count, I decided it was time to do something about it!
It had been years since I regularly extracted teeth, so I signed up for a hands-on extraction and bone grafting course. My hope was that it would give me more confidence in the procedures and allow me to better serve my patients.
It was this training course in 2010 that changed everything for me.
I flew out of state to attend the course and dove headfirst into the experience, determined to take as many pearls of wisdom back to my practice that I possibly could. The course itself was well laid out, the instructors were excellent and I had a pig mandible all to myself to learn the skills.
What I didn’t know at the time, was that even if you attend a great training course – with excellent instructors and a top-notch curriculum,
If you can’t translate that knowledge back into your practice, what’s the point?
It was when I got back to the office and let the information rot, by never utilizing it, that I realized there had to be a better form of dental education training.
That’s when it hit me.
How often do you take classes, hoping to provide better patient services and increase your production, only to find that you don’t feel completely comfortable implementing your new skills back in your practice?
I’ve asked that question to so many colleagues and I was relieved that I wasn’t alone! So many dentists told me, in their own way, that they have taken hands-on courses but would never actually take the leap to providing root canal treatments back in their office.
So, a whole lot of wasted time and money, not to mention shattered confidence, is happening.
Not anymore!
I created the Master Class Endo training system to bridge the hands on training + practical application gap. What makes this course so unique is the combination of three components:
1) Custom curriculum tailored to your level of skill and knowledge
2) Conducted in YOUR OFFICE (not at some random conference center or school because, you know, you’ll actually be doing treatments in YOUR office)
3) Support and accountability to ensure you start using your new skills in your practice
It is my mission to make sure you have the Endo Confidence to implement applicable endodontic skills in YOUR PRACTICE and be rewarded with a higher level of endodontic care and an increase in your production.
